Thousands of people in costumes take to the streets for Halloween night.

A large number of young people dressed as ghosts and monsters took to Nguyen Hue, Bui Vien (Ho Chi Minh City) and Hang Ma street (Hanoi) to celebrate Halloween on the night of October 31.
