At this meeting, AAPA officially announced that Vietnam Airlines has become a full-fledged member of the association, bringing the total number of members to 15.
AAPA is an important forum for the aviation industry in the Asia-Pacific region. Through AAPA, Vietnam Airlines has the opportunity to establish closer relationships with airlines in the region and reinforce its position by actively participating in the common activities of the association.
On the sidelines of the meeting, the General Director also held high-level discussions with aircraft/engine manufacturers such as Airbus, Pratt & Whitney, Rolls Royce, and regional airlines such as Singapore Airlines, Garuda Indonesia, Philippine Airlines, and Malaysia Airlines to exchange views on mutual concerns and enhance bilateral cooperation.
As a member of AAPA, Vietnam Airlines will participate in the meetings and joint activities of the association. This will enable the airline to update and exchange trends in the aviation industry, while also receiving information, forecasts, and in-depth advice from leading experts in the region and globally. These activities will help improve the operational efficiency, exploitation, and service quality of Vietnam Airlines. Additionally, Vietnam Airlines can establish and strengthen bilateral relations with leading airlines in Asia, diversify its product offerings, and provide more appealing and high-quality choices for customers.
