It is forecasted that from November 25 to 27, in the area from Thừa Thiên - Huế to Bình Định, there will be heavy to very heavy rain and thunderstorms with common rainfall of 200 - 300 mm, and in the central rain areas, there are places exceeding 500 mm; the areas of Quảng Trị, Phú Yên, and Khánh Hòa will have moderate to heavy rains, with localized heavy rain and thunderstorms, common rainfall of 100 - 200 mm, and some places exceeding 300 mm; the areas of Hà Tĩnh, Quảng Bình, and eastern Tây Nguyên will have moderate rain, with localized heavy to very heavy rain, common rainfall of 40 - 80 mm, and some places exceeding 120 mm.

Additionally, from the day and night of November 25, in the southern region, Ninh Thuận, and Bình Thuận, there will be scattered rain showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy rain with rainfall of 10 - 30 mm, and some places exceeding 50 mm (thunderstorms concentrate in the late afternoon and evening).

A level 1 natural disaster warning has been issued due to heavy rain, whirlwinds, and lightning. Be cautious of the risk of flash floods, landslides in mountainous areas, and flooding of rice and crop fields in low-lying areas; be cautious of heavy rainfall in a short period causing flooding in urban areas. During thunderstorms, whirlwinds, lightning, and strong gusty winds may occur.
