On the morning of November 2nd, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and Prime Minister of the Netherlands Mark Rutte rode bicycles to explore the cultural space of the streets and admire the autumn colors of Hanoi.

Earlier that morning, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh hosted a welcoming ceremony for Prime Minister Mark Rutte's official visit to Vietnam. The two Prime Ministers had a very successful discussion. During the visit, Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte will witness the signing of documents and attend economic forums aimed at concretizing the cooperation agreements between the two countries.
This is Prime Minister Mark Rutte's third official visit to Vietnam since he took office as Prime Minister of the Netherlands. Prime Minister Mark Rutte expressed gratitude for the respectful and warm reception from Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, the Government, and the people of Vietnam; reaffirming that the Netherlands values its relationship with Vietnam, appreciates its potential, and desires to further promote cooperation with Vietnam in various fields.
