According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, today (November 13), due to the influence of the cold air, the Northern provinces will have scattered rain showers and thunderstorms in the early morning, followed by clear skies and cold weather, with mountainous areas experiencing intense and harsh cold. During this cold spell, the lowest temperatures in the North and North Central regions will generally range from 15-18 degrees Celsius, while the mountainous areas in the North will see temperatures between 12-15 degrees Celsius, with some high mountainous areas dropping below 11 degrees Celsius. From November 14, rainfall will decrease rapidly, and sunny weather will return by midday, making the noon temperature warmer, while mornings and nights will still be cold.
In Central Vietnam, due to the influence of the cold air, starting from November 13, the North will experience scattered rain showers and thunderstorms, with heavy rain in some areas; the weather will turn cold. Other regions will also experience rain, ranging from light to heavy, especially from Quang Binh to Phu Yen, which will see heavy to very heavy rain. There is a high risk of flooding in Central Vietnam, with precautions against flash floods and landslides.
The Central Highlands and Southern regions will have predominantly sunny weather during the day throughout the week, interspersed with some unexpected rain showers; from late afternoon to evening, there will be scattered rain showers and thunderstorms, with heavy rain in some locations.
