What is the difficulty level of the adventure tour?
The difficulty level of the tour depends on each specific tour you register for. Please check the Adventure Level to assess the difficulty of each tour we are offering.What is the weather like in the caves and forests?
You will explore deep in the forest, and the difficulty of the adventure depends significantly on the weather. It can be quite cold (average temperature 8-15°C) from November to February. Do I need rope skills to participate in the adventure trip?
You do not need experience in rope climbing/mountaineering. Only the adventurous rope climbing part in the Tú Làn Exploration tour requires it, however, our professionally trained international standard team will guide and support you in overcoming this challenge.Do I need to prepare a helmet, harness, safety rope, and cave exploration equipment?
We will provide you with all necessary equipment for cave exploration including helmets, harnesses, and safety ropes when needed. We will also provide you with a high-powered headlamp for daily cave traversals, however, you should bring a small headlamp to move around the campsite at night. Please carefully check the tour itinerary and packing information to know what you should bring. Regarding the helmet, please do not attach a GoPro to it as it may cause abrasion, scratches and violate the manufacturer's warranty.How far will I walk during the adventure trip?

What will the cave floor be like, is it flat?
The cave floor is not flat, just like the terrain throughout the trip. It is very uneven, covered with mounds of earth, rocks, and debris. be prepared for such terrain. Only the campsite is set up on flat ground.Are there narrow passages in the cave that require crawling?
The cave ceiling will be higher than your head. However, there are some narrow parts that will require you to squeeze a little in Tú Làn or Hang Va.How will I sleep overnight during the adventure? Do I need to bring a sleeping bag or tent?
In all adventure and exploration tours, you will be provided (double tent or single tent depending on your requirement); mattress, sleeping bag & pillow when staying overnight.Do I need to bring my own water filter or water purification tablets?
You do not need to bring a pump or purification tablets. The guides will carry high-quality bottles and filters throughout the journey to supply water for you. Each exploration has several water filters sufficient for the whole group to use. You should not dip your water bottle directly into the river to get water but inform the guide when you need more. You also do not have to bring purification tablets unless you want to use them. Water filters are always available at the campsite, ensuring there will be enough drinking water for you.What will I eat during the adventure? Do I need to bring extra food?
We will serve meals with a diverse and complete menu throughout the journey. If you have any dietary restrictions, allergies, or special needs, please notify us in advance so we can prepare. For vegetarian or gluten allergy guests, we can easily serve suitable dinner meals. However, for snacks, you should bring extra food (such as biscuits, nuts, energy bars, etc.) to ensure energy when needed on the road and during breaks.[HEADING
