The Hanoi Culinary Culture Festival 2023 will take place from December 1 - 3 at Thong Nhat Park, Tran Nhan Tong Street, Hanoi.
According to information from the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports, the festival includes many attractive activities. The main highlight is a space to introduce products and enjoy cuisine, with areas for international cuisine, a showcase of the culinary culture of typical craft villages in Hanoi, and a section to introduce local cuisine.
Specifically, the area showcasing the culinary culture of Hanoi's craft villages will recreate a traditional village atmosphere associated with typical culinary heritage of Hanoi such as Hanoi pho, Phu Do vermicelli, Uoc Le pork pie, Vong village green sticky rice and Me Tri sticky rice, Phu Thuong sticky rice and sweet dessert, Tranh Khuc cake, Phung spring rolls, Quán Gánh round cake...
This area will also introduce the process of creating typical dishes of Hanoi, with live demonstrations by artisans showcasing local traditional cuisine.
Visitors will have the chance to interact and exchange with artisans, participate in experiences, and practice the steps to create traditional, distinctive dishes of Hanoi at traditional craft village booths.

The area introducing local cuisine will be a gathering place for the essence and uniqueness of regional cuisine, with characteristic products from localities being crafted into unique dishes by artisans and chefs.
The international cuisine area will showcase typical dishes from various countries and display typical utensils and products from across the country to promote opportunities for experience exchange and business cooperation.
The exhibition area will present images of outstanding culture, tourism, and cuisine both domestically and internationally, with miniatures that are close to nature and environmentally friendly.
In addition, the festival will feature folk games, cultural exchanges, arts, cuisine activities, and discussions on developing human resources to serve the growth of the cultural industry in gastronomy.
