During this cold spell, the lowest temperature in the North and North Central regions is generally from 20-23 degrees Celsius, while the mountainous areas will be 16-19 degrees Celsius.
Also due to the influence of the cold air combined with a convergence of winds at 1,500 meters altitude, there will be scattered showers and storms in the North during the day and night of November 6, especially the mountainous and midland areas will have moderate rain, with locally heavy rain of 20-40mm, and some places exceeding 70mm.
