The Hanoi Culinary Culture Festival 2023 gathers hundreds of delicious dishes from traditional villages in Hanoi, specialties from various regions and international cuisines.

The Hanoi Culinary Culture Festival 2023 will take place from December 1 to December 3, offering many exciting experiences and activities at Thống Nhất Park, Trần Nhân Tông Street, Hanoi. The festival is themed “Culinary Cultural Exchange of Hanoi with International Friends.”
Mr. Đỗ Đình Hồng, Director of the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports, stated that about 80 booths at the festival will introduce hundreds of delicious dishes and characteristic products, as well as cooking demonstrations by chefs and culinary artisans from both domestic and international backgrounds.

The Hanoi Culinary Culture Festival 2023 is held under the direction of the Hanoi City People’s Committee; organized by the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports with the cooperation of the embassies of various countries in Vietnam, the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations in Hanoi, and relevant Departments, Sectors, and Local People’s Committees.
