The Vietnam Railways Corporation has developed the SE19/SE20 high-quality train brand with its own identity and enhanced aesthetics to attract passengers on the Hanoi - Da Nang route, such as: new paint and investment in some interior furnishings to upgrade the seating cars, sleeping cars, handwashing areas...

In the sleeping compartment, in addition to replacing bedding and redecorating the cabin walls… the air conditioning system is designed with an air outlet adjustment button so that passengers can adjust the temperature and airflow direction according to their needs.

Additionally, the Vietnam Railways Corporation has selected a team of train attendants (train manager, service staff) who are experienced, well-presented, possess good communication skills, and especially can communicate in English. Regarding services, to enhance convenience for passengers, the corporation has launched a sales app that can be used by scanning QR codes on the train.

As for ticket pricing policy, in the near term, the Vietnam Railways Corporation will maintain the current ticket prices.

Also within the framework of the launch ceremony, the railway sector announced several new services. Accordingly, starting from October 20, at Hanoi station and some major stations, the railway sector will put VIP waiting rooms into operation for train passengers.

Therefore, passengers traveling on SE19/SE20 or some other high-quality trains will have a designated waiting lounge and a separate access to the platform and train. In addition, door-to-door pickup and drop-off services will continue to be implemented.
