The CEO chose a street-side eatery on Luong Ngoc Quyen street - a famous night food street in the capital. The group ordered dishes such as pho rolls, salted fried chicken, herbal egg, and French fries, enjoying them with bottled beer. These are all familiar snacks for Hanoi diners. Luong Ngoc Quyen street is also located in an area known as the "international intersection" or the Western street due to its prime location, just a few steps from Hoan Kiem Lake, attracting foreign tourists. Most of the establishments in Luong Ngoc Quyen - Ta Hien are involved in the food business. On weekend evenings, this area is closed to traffic to become a walking street. Visitors can sit out onto the street area, enjoying Hanoi's cuisine while chatting and feeling the atmosphere of the city.
Later, the Nvidia CEO visited a pho shop on Hang Non street. He enjoyed beef pho with red wine sauce and coconut juice. Pho Ly Beo is one of the well-known spots for those passionate about red wine sauce pho - another variation of beef pho that is also very popular with locals. The red wine sauce meat here is a perfect blend of lean and fatty parts, and the pho broth is rich and flavorful. The shop does not open during the day like many famous restaurants; it only starts selling from 6 pm until late at night, making it a familiar late-night dining spot for night owls.

Jensen Huang's food tour also stopped at a goose restaurant on Hang Thiec street. In recent years, this street, once associated with household goods, has become a dining hotspot thanks to the bustling garlic-fried goose shops. Garlic-fried goose was also a trending dish a few years ago, combining tender and sweet goose meat, richly fried, with crispy, fragrant garlic cloves. These shops often also sell steamed goose and bamboo shoot soup, served with vermicelli.
Concluding his exploration of the capital's cuisine, the billionaire CEO visited Giang coffee shop on Nguyen Huu Huan street. His group did not reserve a private table; they were friendly and approachable, unperturbed about sitting among dozens of other customers and taking souvenir photos. Giang coffee has long been a prominent brand in Hanoi, known for the famous egg coffee. This is also the drink that Jensen Huang ordered to enjoy.
